In the wake of Brexit, we’ve seen a noticeable shift in the childcare landscape. Many wonderful foreign nannies returned home, leaving a gap in the availability of experienced professionals. Families still needed help, but trusted, qualified carers became harder to find.
Rather than lament the change, we adapted.
To answer this growing need, we launched our Ofsted Core Nanny Training Programme, designed to support aspiring nannies right here in the UK. It’s our way of investing in the next generation of professionals, helping them gain the skills and confidence to thrive in this rewarding career.
