We will keep a copy of all candidate’s personal submitted data for as long as is required. If we place a candidate we will keep that data indefinitely, or until we are notified by the candidate that they have left that employment. If you wish us to delete that data earlier please notify us either in person, writing or by email, information for which can be found in the section ‘Controlling your personal information’, below.

 Family Registration

  • Families, who register for our services on the website, agree to our storing their personal data, and at the interview stage, the sharing of their name and address with their potentially future candidates. Should the family agree to employing a candidate then that candidate will receive all the data the family has submitted to engage the Happy Nest Nanny and Maternity Agency.If a family enquiry doesn’t result in the employment of a candidate, we delete all their personal data after 36 months, apart from a copy of the letter we mail to the family at the start of the engagement of our services – which typically only includes their name and address.

    If we place a candidate with a family we will keep a copy of all that families personal submitted data indefinitely, or until we are notified by the family that they no longer employ the use of a candidate supplied by Happy Nest Nanny and Maternity Agency. If you are not happy with this process please notify us either in person, writing or by email, information for which can be found in the section ‘Controlling your personal information’, below.

EMAIL NEWSLETTER

If you choose to receive our email newsletter, the name and email address you submit to us will be sent to one of our trust marketing providers who provide us with email marketing services. Our trusted marketing providers are a third party data processor so your name and email address you submit with regard to the newsletter will not be stored within the Happy Nest Nanny and Maternity’s. website’s own database or in any of our internal computer systems.

Your email address will remain within Our trusted marketing providers database for as long as we continue to use their services for email marketing or until you specifically request removal from the list. You can do this by unsubscribing using the unsubscribe links contained in any email newsletters that we send you or by requesting removal by emailing us at hello@happy-nest.co.uk. When requesting removal via email, please send your name and email address to us using the email account that has been used to subscribe to the mailing list.

Whilst your email address remains within our trusted marketing providers database, you will receive periodic emailed newsletters and information that we feel maybe of interest to you from us.
