Are you passionate about nurturing young minds and creating a joyful, educational environment? Happy Nest is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced nanny to provide a blend of shared and sole-charge care for a charming family in Langho, Blackburn. You’ll be looking after two delightful children: a lively 2-year-old girl and an adorable 5-month-old boy.
With these two little ones, your days will be filled with fun and discovery! Dont worry about the hustle and bustle your calm and organised nature will ensure everything runs smoothly.
Your Role:
The primary focus of your role will be the 2-year-old girl, offering her the attention and engagement she needs. Since shes not in nursery, you’ll take on the role of her early educator, filling her days with enriching activities. Imagine spending mornings at the park searching for bugs, afternoons on scavenger hunts, or exploring museums and libraries. Shes a bright, energetic child who loves the outdoors, and your creativity will help her learn and grow.

Work 3 days a week, Monday,Tuesday & Wednesday, from 8/9am to 6pm.
Nanny Duties:
Preparing nutritious meals and snacks
Child-related housekeeping
Managing the childrens laundry
Taking the children to classes and organising engaging activities
Performing all nursery duties
Essential Requirements:
Valid driver’s licence
Qualifications and experience in childcare
Enhanced DBS (criminal record) check (agency assistance provided)
Paediatric first aid certification
Minimum 5 years of childcare experience
Excellent checkable references
It would also be beneficial if you know some sign language as their daughter is already picking up some signing for communication
